Pavé de saumon rôti au curcuma et lait de coco
Le curcuma est une épice recommandée pour les bienfaits pour la santé et le saumon lorsqu'il est de qualité, aussi
Cette recette nécessite peu de temps et pourtant sera savoureuse
Pour 4 personnesl
4 pavés de saumon sans peau et de préférence bio ou label rouge
1 oignon
2 gousses d'ail
10 cl de lait de coco
10 cl de fumet de poisson
Curcuma
Persil, huile, sel, poivre
Epluchez oignon et ail puis les hacher assez fin
Les faire fondre dans 2 c.à s. d'huile puis ajoutez le curcuma.
Ajoutez le lait de coco et le fumet de poissons;
Mixez la sauce
Salez, poivrez et ajoutez un peu de persil haché. Gardez au chaud SANS faire bouillir
Faites griller le saumon 4mn de chaque côté et servez le avec la sauce au coco
Vous pouvez accompagner de semoule.
